Recently our refrigerator went on the fritz.  While it continued to run and cool it would not bring the freezer or refrigerator side down to the proper temperatures.
I did possibly exactly what you have done, I googled refrigerator repair Apex, NC and one of the entries that came up was Just Right Appliance. 
I called the office number and talked with Cindy about our situation.  I explained that we were not in emergency mode as we did have a second refrigerator but we did need to get this one fixed.
She took all the relative information and scheduled the repair to within 48-hours.
Joseph (Joe) Dattolo, owner and General Manager showed up at the appointed time and I could not have a more professional interaction and repair.  Prompt service, reasonable pricing, fixed right the first time - - the perfect combination.
