My son and daughter-in-law live in Cary, NC and I live in Hickory, NC. Their refrigerator needed repair and I wanted to help them but had no clue who to call. I found your web site and saw that you proudly promoted your Christian ethic. Unfortunately, many who say they are Christian don't incorporate their beliefs into their work ethic, but I still feel more comfortable in choosing a service provider who is not ashamed of the name of Christ, especially when I can't rely on someone for a recommendation.
I was pleasantly greeted by Cindy on the phone. I told her my story and that I needed assistance on a specific day since I was visiting from out of town. She was able to schedule a repair call at the time I requested. A slight miscommunication on my end resulted in Joe arriving at the house while no one was home. I arrived shortly thereafter, saw the card he had left, and called to apologize. Joe was very pleasant, and returned to complete the service call.
The appliance is working great now and the price was very reasonable. I'd like to thank all of the team members of JUST RIGHT APPLIANCE SALES AND REPAIR for their courteous and knowledgeable assistance. Also, thanks for upholding the name of Christ in a most honorable manner.
